MENS’S HIVE GROUP

Well done to our volunteer Gary Wright who completed his FFS Level 3 in first Aid in work!

The Hive Men’s group had John Carter as our motivational guest speaker, taking all things mindfulness, meditation and recovery. 14 Men walked through the Hive doors tonight so it was a good turnout.

Tommy, Colin and Wayne of the hive Men’s group had a good long walk and talk today along Crosby coastal walk. Mental health matters.
