World mental health awareness day October 10th 2022. The men’s group went to Ambleside in the Lake District to climb Fairfield HorseshoePass for their walk and talk outdoors session. 12miles, 274 floors climbed, 27,645 steps completed.
The men’s allotment group project has started L1 horticulture course with FACE Knowsley Tuesday & Fridays at court Hay Park. Alan is the course facilitator.
