Early start for our Director Tosh he traveled to Moel Famua in Ruthin Wales to do a recce for our families Event , Sunday 1st March. Conditions today were not suitable for a younger members as the wind was 20mph at the top but hoping for better weather conditions in March.

Michael Fielding attend the Adult MHFA two Day course and is now a Mental Health First Aider. The course teaches in depth skills for providing first aid to people who may be experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and psychosis.
