🥋 What a fantastic start to our Free Children’s MMA Induction Sessions at Volair Leisure Centre! We were delighted to welcome 16 young people to our first session, where they learned new skills, built confidence, showed great respect and, most importantly, had lots of fun. A huge thank you to Coach Michael Bowman for delivering such an inspiring introduction and sharing his knowledge and experience with the children. We’re proud to provide opportunities that encourage confidence, discipline, resilience and teamwork in a safe, positive environment.
