    Can’t believe I’ve just completed 9 weeks of Couch to 5K! đŸ˜Č🏃‍♀
    What an experience it’s been. I never thought of myself as a runner or a jogger, but at the start of this year, I knew I needed to work on myself—for my 3 boys more than anything.

    So I made the decision to get back into fitness and started Couch to 5K
 and here we are! I’m still not where I want to be, but I’ve made a start—and that’s what matters.

    A wise man, Michael Fielding, once said to me:
    “Get the weight off your head, and the rest will follow.”
    That stuck with me.

    Don’t get me wrong, there have been ups and downs—cramps, shin splints, sore legs—but there were also beautiful runs, amazing views, and even better company.

    Big love to my bestie Becca Debnam, who’s been kicking me up the bum every step of the way—I couldn’t have done this without you đŸ’Ș❀

    And massive thanks to the lovely ladies from the Womens Mental Health Wellbeing Boxing Mindset Fitness Classes Women’s support group đŸ’›đŸ’™â€ who kept messaging me with encouragement—you’ve all helped more than you know.
