Men’s Wellness Wednesday – Walk & Talk 🌊🚶♂️
Today our Men’s Wellness Wednesday group enjoyed a fantastic day out at Crosby Marine for our latest Walk & Talk session.
The sunshine, fresh sea air and relaxed surroundings provided the perfect opportunity for everyone to get active, connect with one another and enjoy open conversations in a supportive environment. These sessions are about much more than just walking – they’re about building friendships, reducing isolation and creating a safe space where men can talk, listen and support each other.
A big thank you to everyone who came along and made today another positive and enjoyable experience. It was great to see so many smiles and hear so many meaningful conversations throughout the day.
