We launched our new October Wellbeing Program with the wonderful Maureen Gildea Wellbeing Practitioner, Coach and Trainer beginning with gentle introductions to connect, feel safe, and build a supportive space.
Together we explored the many faces of stress — from the quick bursts of acute stress to the weight of chronic stress — and how they can show up in our bodies and minds 💫🧠🌿
We closed with a mindful exercise that left us calm, present, and ready to embrace the day with ease and clarity.
