Women’s Flourish & Succeed mental health wellbeing support group, organised a wellness camping retreat weekend going to Corwen in Wales 🏴. Leanne Jones volunteer and director of the Flourish & Succeed, said it’s fantastic to be able to take the women who attended the support group away for some me time. All the women had a fantastic time and most of all plenty of laughter. Mental health wellbeing, mindfulness, wellbeing, anxiety prevention, and anxiety relief.
