Tonight’s ice breaker was “Know Me More “. Great conversations was had by all the Men who attended: Suicide prevention, mindfulness, mental health awareness, well being, Goal setting and actions.

Group Meeting

The Hive Men’s group had John Carter as our motivational guest speaker, taking all things mindfulness, meditation and recovery. 14 Men walked through the Hive doors tonight so it was a good turnout.

Crosby Coastal Walk
