Canât believe Iâve just completed 9 weeks of Couch to 5K! đČđââ
What an experience itâs been. I never thought of myself as a runner or a jogger, but at the start of this year, I knew I needed to work on myselfâfor my 3 boys more than anything.
So I made the decision to get back into fitness and started Couch to 5K⊠and here we are! Iâm still not where I want to be, but Iâve made a startâand thatâs what matters.
A wise man, Michael Fielding, once said to me:
âGet the weight off your head, and the rest will follow.â
That stuck with me.
Donât get me wrong, there have been ups and downsâcramps, shin splints, sore legsâbut there were also beautiful runs, amazing views, and even better company.
