The Flourish & Succeed community volunteers group went to DUFTON GHYLL, Appleby-in-Westmorland for there mental health wellbeing walk and talk session in the Lake District, 12 miles was completed, nothing better for your overall mental health to get out in the Great outdoors, woodlands, nature , hiking therapy, fresh air therapy, long walks good talks 💚🐃🛡🐝
