Over the past four weeks, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of running a Cooking on a Budget course with an amazing group of ladies from Flourish and Succeed.
These sessions have been filled with fun, laughter, a few hilarious mishaps(!), and some truly great conversations over coffee and biscuits.
We’ve explored how small changes in our cooking habits – like reducing the number of pans on the hob or making clever ingredient swaps – can help save money while still catering for dietary needs and eating well.
It’s been fast-paced, a little frantic at times, but always full of energy and connection. I’ve loved every minute and will genuinely miss this wonderful group.
