Fed Up Slow Cooking Course

    Shelley, Lisa and Jayne completed the Fed up slow cooking course, with Chef Adam Franklin at the Horse & Jockey training centre. All 3 volunteers. Achieved , awareness of food safety, an awareness of basic cooking skills, develop wider life skills incorporating working with others and communication, have a practical understanding of slow cooking and the health and wellbeing benefits it can bring, develop and understanding of following Recipes and specifications of planning meals, develop and understanding of where to buy the best foods for slow cooking.
