Flourish & Succeed CIC community volunteers group met up with Grace adventures support walk and talks group, at Malham cove. It was a fantastic turnout, fantastic atmosphere, fantastic company, both groups completed the 10km hiking walk, visiting Janet Foss waterfall, Malham cove, both groups had a amazing time. Nothing better begin outside in nature and the fresh air. For your mental health wellbeing!
