Mindfulness And Meditation

    Lovely morning with our women’s support group as we kick off our new course with the wonderful Maureen! ❤ Today marked the start of week one as we dove into mindfulness concepts and meditation. We practiced breathing exercises and led a meditation focused on expressing gratitude for three things each of us are thankful for every day. 🙏❤ The feedback from the ladies has been incredibly positive—with some already experiencing noticeable benefits. We’re all committed to continuing this daily practice and are eagerly looking forward to beginning our sessions on emotional freedom techniques next week .
