A trip to Moel Famau today for the Flourish and Succeed Men’s Hive Group and all the 5’s with 5.55k completed, nearly 10,000. The sun was shining, and the atmosphere was brilliant lots of chit chat and peer support all round. What an achievement with a steady relax pace set. So proud 🌻🐝 Nice picnic at the top and some homemade banana bread with a few treats too when we got down… good day was had by all. Nothing better than being out in the fresh air at one with nature ….
