Tommy and Jayne are Flourish&succeed community Men’s Hive group volunteers, organised a Families Event group day out going to North Wales and walking up Mole Famua. Great positive day out was had by all. Outdoor adventures, mental health and wellbeing, anxiety relief, anxiety awareness, suicide prevention. Jayne said It was a beautiful day with beautiful people.
