Another great day with Flourish and succeed CIC community volunteers support group going to Matlock Derbyshire for are “walk and talk” 5 ways to wellbeing outdoor activities therapy 💚🦬🐝. Fantastic Effort, fantastic atmosphere, fantastic company, great conversations but most of all great laughs along the way ! We also dropped in to St James’s church Bonsall and Met Karen and Jane who served us coffee and cakes while we sat in and had a Rest 🐝🙏💚
