The Flourish&succeed community Men’s Hive group welcomed Starting Over Enterprise UK for a long walk good talk Networking event . Both groups completed the 5k Buffalo Mindset FEAR fitness project meeting a Boodecroft Doorsteps Park 11.00am then went to Croxteth country park and back .. both groups invited family members to join them . Feedback off both groups was fantastic. Everyone had a positive mindset day .. thanks to John and Tommy for organising the get together, and also thanks to the Flourish&succeed volunteers Leanne , Jayne , Alex and Michael for supporting today’s project , mental health wellbeing, mindfulness, suicide prevention.
