The fellas from the Flourish & Succeed Men’s Hive Group have completed their walk and talk around Sutton Manor Park and the Dream. Well done to all that took part, nearly 9,000 step each with 9 in the group. They also met up with Tosh, Shelley and the grandkids smashing it 👊🐝 The walks are organised to Support mental health wellbeing, providing a safe support space, encouraging increased confidence and self-esteem, helping to reduce stress and anxiety whilst offering peer support.
