Women’s Building confidence & self esteem course celebration. It was lovely to have Maureen Keegan attend to give out the certificates to all the women who completed the 6 weeks course with Face Knowsley. Maureen said:
“I was privileged to attend the celebration at the end of the 6 week building self confidence -self esteem course with the women’s support group at Flourish Succeed this morning. I was blown away with their journeys and what they have achieved!! They have inspired me to try cold water swimming Tosh I’ll be in touch to get the details and I may even join a mountain walk though my level of fitness and mobility would certainly have to improve before I embarked on that! “
A journey starts with the first step and these women have all done that and are achieving their personal best! What a fabulous CIC on my own doorstep.
