Flourish and Succeed Men’s Hive Group
Apologies for the delay but here are the pictures from Saturdays walk and talk. Taking in the views from West Kirby to Leasowe Lighthouse via Hoylake and Meols and back, with a little stop for fish finger batches and drinks at the green hut.
Brilliant achievement for the men as 20k in total each (30 thousands steps and nearly 14 miles ).
The walks are organised to Support mental health wellbeing, providing a safe support space, encouraging increased confidence and self esteem, helping to reduce stress and anxiety whilst offering peer support.
Social distancing and Covid safety was observed at all times and the event was in line with Covid regulations and restrictions. 🌻🐝🐃🛡💚
