Saturday 3rd April …. brilliant being out in the sunshine today for the fellas and volunteers from the Flourish&succeed Men’s Hive Group. Very relaxing walk and talk with just under 7k completed over 10 thousand steps …. to wet the appetite ready for Moel Fanau in two weeks. Little stop off for a picnic snack and finish off with homemade lemon drizzle curtesy of Kirsty. Fantastic atmosphere with superb peer support as ever …. including Gary Jones, Wayne, Paul, Keith.
