Flourish & Succeed community volunteers support groups went from Rosthwaite in the beautiful Borrowdale valley, up to the waterfall by Dalehead tarn, up to High Spy and an exciting path down to Grange. Walk and Talk outdoors supports mental health and wellbeing activities. Great day out with great company!
